Team commitment
Our commitment to an authentically Reggio-inspired environment extends to every team member. From faculty to housekeeping, maids to peons and security guards, all have undergone rigorous training in the Reggio Emilia approach. This includes language usage with children and peers, ensuring a consistent and enriching learning experience.
Standards and uniformity
To maintain the highest standards and ensure uniformity, our team follows a comprehensive faculty and staff policy handbook. This handbook, developed in line with corporate SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), serves as a guide to uphold and meet our quality benchmarks.
Our space is designed with utmost care, our team is dedicated to excellence and our commitment to Reggio-inspired education is unwavering. Today, we’ve built Circles & Cycles, a space where learning knows no bounds.
A journey of wonder
At Circles & Cycles, our programs for children aged 3 to 12 years are rooted in the Primary Years Program (PYP) of the International Baccalaureate (IB). Unlike traditional curricula, PYP is a dynamic framework that encourages exploration and collaboration.
Through captivating Units Of Inquiry (UOI) such as:
- Who we are
- How we express ourselves
- How we organise ourselves
- Where we are in place and time
Children delve into authentic, real-life contexts. These experiences align seamlessly with the values of the Reggio Emilia approach, fostering curiosity, creativity, confidence, empathy and self-motivation. We’re on a mission to nurture lifelong learners who take meaningful action. As part of our Reggio-inspired practice, we embrace the power of listening and documentation to make children’s thinking and wonderings visible to our vibrant preschool community.
