Our field trip to The Nest felt like discovering a pocket of paradise tucked within the heart of Mumbai. Surrounded by open green pastures, parents and children from the Circles & Cycles community came together to plant saplings, water the earth, and wander slowly through nature. We paused to observe butterflies and bees, and explored growing treasures like beetroot, turmeric, and coriander leaves. The day unfolded gently—ending with songs sung beneath a serene bamboo canopy, hands exploring the textures and colours of fallen leaves, and quiet wonder as paper boats drifted along the stream.
