Workshops at Circles & Cycles

Caregivers Workshop

A Reggio-inspired workshop for nannies, didis, and caregivers—designed to explore, experience, and discover the Reggio Emilia philosophy in everyday life.
Through observation, reflection, and hands-on practice, participants will learn how small, mindful actions—like carrying a child, opening a tiffin box, supporting independence, and encouraging correct posture—become meaningful moments of care and respect.

This three-part series also creates space for caregivers to pause, reflect, and focus on their own well-being, recognizing the caregiver as an essential part of the child’s learning ecosystem.

📅 Dates: 13th, 20th & 28th January 2026

Announcing our next intake for How to Talk So Children Can Listen (dates to be announced) and introducing the advanced workshop on Siblings Without Rivalry (February/March 2026)

Motherhood often comes with unspoken guilt—from the early years of caregiving to the ongoing challenge of balancing time, attention, and emotional presence as families grow. These feelings arise from deep care and a strong desire to be fully present for every child.

At Circles & Cycles, we create a supportive space where mothers can reflect, connect, and learn without judgement. Led by Leena Godhiwala, these workshops offer practical, research-based tools to strengthen parent-child communication and reduce conflict between siblings—strategies that can be applied immediately at home.

Beyond skills and strategies, the sessions offer something equally meaningful: the reassurance that you are not alone, and that your efforts as a parent truly matter.
