Application drop-off information

Beginning October 1st, drop off your completed applications at our school premises from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Alternatively, you can print the form from an email for added convenience.

FAQ

What is the age requirement for enrolment at Circles & Cycles Preschool?

Children must be at least 2 years old to enrol at Circles & Cycles Preschool however the Parent-Toddler program begins at 6 months.

Could you please explain the admission process in detail?

To apply, fill out the application form and email it to admin@circlesandcycles. We’ll review your application, invite you for a school visit and provide an admission form.

Is there any provision for food and transportation services for students?

Currently, we do not offer food or transportation services. Children should bring their snacks or lunch from home and arrange their transportation.

What are the school's operating hours and days?

Our Preschool Program operates from 8:30 AM to 3 PM. We also offer an Afternoon School Program from 3 PM to 4 PM and an After School Program from 4 PM to 6 PM (All batch timings to be announced soon).

What is the student-to-teacher ratio in your classrooms?

We maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio of 1:10.

How do you ensure the safety and security of the children within the school premises?

We prioritise safety with careful planning, ID verification for parents and guardians, trained faculty in child care, first aid, CPR and background checks. We also maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Is there any provision for extracurricular activities or special programs?

Yes, we offer an extensive After School Community Program for children to explore various activities after school on our premises.

What is the process for parents to get in touch with teachers or school staff if they have questions or concerns?

Email is the primary communication method, but we also have an open-door policy for parents to meet with teachers at mutually convenient times.

How can parents be involved in their child's education and school activities?

We encourage parent-school partnerships to enhance our children’s education and school activities.

Do you have dedicated outdoor play areas and recreational spaces for the children?

Our all-season dedicated outdoor space is a key feature, where children learn, play and stay active in nature.

What types of learning materials and resources are available to support the curriculum?

We use natural recyclable materials to create stimulating learning environments for our curious students.

How do you ensure a safe and hygienic environment within the school, especially in light of health and safety concerns?

We maintain a safe and hygienic environment, including regular fumigation, pest control and child-safe cleaning products, to address health and safety concerns effectively.
