Engaging activities

Circle Time/Music & Movement

Circle Time is conducted by music specialists alongside our facilitators Music builds community, fosters a sense of belonging, shared learning encourages dialogue, storytelling, and reflection.

Intentional Provocations

Provocations are created in response to children’s interests, curiosities, and skills. This means that our curriculum is organic, evolving, and responsive. Provocations offer more freedom for children to interact and interpret, inviting them to follow their interests and engage in self-directed learning

Outdoor Play

In Reggio Emilia, outdoor spaces are seen as an extension of the classroom, offering endless possibilities for sensory play, creativity, and hands-on learning. Outdoor Play supports physical development, enhances social skills, boosts emotional wellbeing, connects children to nature and enhances problem solving

Story Time

A favourite among all our children, and the facilitators love it too. Among a plethora of skills, Story time enhances language and communication skills, sparks imagination and creativity and encourages a love for reading.

STEM

STEM activities allow children to ask questions, experiment, and problem-solve through hands-on exploration, strengthening their critical thinking and curiosity about the world

Cooking

Cooking experiences integrate math, science, sensory exploration, and teamwork. Children engage in real-world learning by measuring, mixing, and observing changes, fostering independence, responsibility, and an appreciation for different cultures and nutrition.

Daily Documentation

After each session/week, parents will receive some documentation that showcases some highlights from your child’s experiences and learnings.

Parents love these glimpses into their child’s C&C world.
